World Education for Sustainable Development Summit
This we work with development agencies and national commission for UNESCO of individual 199 member countries of UNESCO to hold an annual World Education for Sustainable Development Summit with world leaders to address the issue of quality functional education meets knowledge and skill needs for addressing world challenges, and building a world of shared prosperity for humanity. Enugu, 25 - 28 November, 2025
Theme: Functional Education: Meeting Knowledge and Skills Needs for Achieving the Food Security, Healthcare, Infrastructure Development and Industrial Production for Domestic and Global.
Our 2025 World Education for Sustianable Development Summit, WES D25, would be held in Enugu, Nigeria. We are working with country level partners to organize this summit and host the world leaders for a discussion on quality functional education meets the knowledge and skills of less developed countries in addressing one of humanities basic need captured as the UN SDG no. 2 for all countries on zero hunger. At this summit, we would not only discuss challenges of the education system, especially in less developed countries and how these affect real people; but we would also present blueprint for addressing this challenges and elevating the quality and functionality of education system of less developed countries, most of which are in Africa to comparabale levels with those world developed nations in meeting knowledge and skill needs for addressing world concerns, that education stakeholders can adopt. This will be with a practical focus on how strong functional education system could meet the knowledge and skill needs for addressing the issue food insecurity and hunger, espcially in the world most vunerable countries and regions.
